The evaluation of psychosocial risks report had highlighted the need and importance of educate staff of the AU so that it assumes a preventive culture which favours a favourable working climate. One of the goals proposed in this study is the existence of a communication Plan that favors the transit of information generated in the UA and the Department itself.
To achieve these goals will create a specific entry on the website of the Department where all the information that may be of interest to the staff of the Department, with the aim of increasing its update in the information for better delivery of their work and an improvement in personal relationships under different aspects will be bound.
This section will include a suggestion box to collect views, initiatives, personal or collective and, as its name indicates, all kinds of suggestions allowing to adopt the most appropriate attitudes to promote the existence of a suitable working environment.
It will equally, including in the agenda of all sessions of the colleges of the Department, a point dedicated to reports, including in it, not only reports the direction, but also those of the representatives of the Department in the different fields of action of the UA. Also Releases internal distribution list will still be used so that the Secretary of the Department forward detailed information about calls for grants and projects, training courses, meetings of corporate bodies, cultural activities and, in general, all news items of interest to the whole of the staff.
